This booklet provides basic information on the new CARICOM valuation provisions to be utilized in CARICOM Member States from January 1, 1991. It is not intended to deal with every circumstance of application, but rather to provide a general overview of the valuation provisions. It is designed to assist traders and officials who are required to apply the new valuation provisions. Should additional information be required, the local Customs office should be contacted.

Please rename the folder of your previous installation of ASYCUDA++ 18C.
This can be found on drive "C:" in your MYCOMPUTER folder. e.g. "C:\ASY"
Rename that folder from "C:\ASY" to "C:\ASY18C". This process will retain all previous SAD and CAR declaration.
After downloading the new ASYCUDA++ 18E, "DOUBLE CLICK" on the new download and select the "UNZIP" option to extract all files.
All shortcuts to execute/start the ASYCUDA++ 18E can be found at the following location: "C:\ASY\ASY_LINKS". Copy these files to your desktop.
